The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has announced an increase in the quarterly stipend under the Benazir Kafaalat Program, raising the payment from Rs13,500 to Rs14,500 starting from the current quarter.
Chairperson Rubina Khalid shared the update in a video message, urging beneficiaries to ensure they receive the full amount of Rs14,500 when collecting their payments.
Beneficiaries who receive less than the official amount can file a complaint at the nearest BISP tehsil office.
Applicants should report the issue to the assistant director or a responsible official and request a complaint form for deduction or misappropriation.
While submitting the complaint, beneficiaries must provide:
Name
CNIC number
Mobile phone number
Location where the payment was received
Details of the alleged deduction
Officials said the complaint will be formally investigated. If the claim is verified, the relevant bank will be directed to take legal action against the agent responsible, and the deducted amount will be returned to the beneficiary after the process is completed.
