Arshad Nadeem’s historic gold medal win in the javelin throw final at the Paris Olympics 2024, with a record-breaking throw of 92.97 meters, has been celebrated with overwhelming national pride. The athlete, who ended Pakistan’s 32-year Olympic medal drought, is set to receive over PKR 150 million in rewards from various government officials, celebrities, and organizations.

- PKR 100 million pledged by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz
- PKR 2 million was announced by Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan
- PKR 50 million from Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah
- PKR 1 million from Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori
- PKR 1 million each from singer Ali Zafar and cricketer Ahmad Shahzad
In addition to these monetary rewards, other notable honors include:
