The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued an important advisory regarding its service procedures, saying that citizens are not required to submit photocopies of any documents for availing NADRA services.

According to NADRA, there is no need to bring copies of documents issued by union councils, such as birth certificates or marriage certificates, to its offices.

If the citizen has the CRMS number of the relevant document that is sufficient, as NADRA verifies records directly through its system.

The authority highlighted that this step aims to enhance citizen convenience and transparency, urging people to rely on accurate information and avoid carrying unnecessary paperwork when visiting NADRA centers.

NADRA reiterated that it prioritizes efficient and transparent services, and citizens should follow official instructions to ensure a smooth process without unnecessary documentation.
