The Henley Passport Index for February 2026 ranks the Pakistan’s passport 97th, marking a rise from 98th in January and a notable improvement from 103rd last year.
The updated ranking reflects gradual progress in diplomatic engagement and international travel access.
According to the latest index, Pakistani passport holders can now travel to 32 destinations either visa-free, with visa-on-arrival, or through an electronic travel authorization (eTA), up from 31 in January following the reinstatement of The Gambia.
Visa-free access is currently available to 11 countries: Barbados, Cook Islands, Dominica, Haiti, Micronesia, Montserrat, Rwanda, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Vanuatu and The Gambia.
An additional 18 countries offer visa-on-arrival facilities, including Cambodia, Maldives, Nepal, Qatar and Senegal, among others. Three countries, Kenya, Seychelles and Sri Lanka, provide eTA options.
Meanwhile, Singapore tops the 2026 rankings with visa-free access to 192 destinations, followed by Japan and South Korea.
