Pakistan’s Sameer Khan beats Indian opponent to win World Youth Title

Rising boxing star Sameer Khan became first-ever Pakistani to win the prestigious Youth World Bantamweight after knocking out Indian challenger in the final, held in Thailand.

In a high-stakes 52kg bout, Sameer Khan delivered a commanding performance, overpowering Indian fighter Bunty Singh from the opening round. The match concluded with a knockout victory for Khan, with all judges awarding a unanimous decision in his favor.

Khan’s dominance extended beyond physical strength—his trademark “Jet Celebration” seemed to shake his opponent’s confidence, while igniting loud cheers from an energized crowd.

Speaking after the fight, Khan expressed heartfelt gratitude:

“I sincerely thank all Pakistanis who supported me and kept me in their prayers.”
