The Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) reported on Monday that Sohail triumphed over Egypt’s Elmoghazy in a thrilling 3-2 final, with game scores of 11-5, 5-11, 6-11, 11-7, and 11-5.
This victory marks Pakistan’s first British Junior Open title in 18 years, evoking memories of the country’s squash golden era. The last Pakistani to win the prestigious tournament was Nasir Iqbal in 2007. Sohail’s remarkable skill and unwavering determination captivated the crowd, keeping them on the edge of their seats throughout the electrifying match.
