Seven Pakistanis feature on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Asia list

Seven Pakistanis have earned a spot on this year’s Forbes’ 30 Under 30 List as Forbes unveiled its ninth annual “30 Under 30 Asia” list on Thursday, honoring 300 young entrepreneurs and innovators under 30 who are reshaping industries across the Asia-Pacific region.

Among those recognized are Sarkhail Shahid Bawany (ABHI), Adeel Abid (Linkstar), Aizaz Nayyer (Linkstar), Ali Raza (Linkstar), Aleena Nadeem (EduFi), Kasra Zunnaiyyer (Trukkr), and Bushra Sultan (artist).

Ali Raza, co-founder of Linkstar and Oliv, expressed excitement about the acknowledgment from Forbes, emphasizing the dedication of their team over the past three years. He views this recognition as a milestone but remains focused on advancing young talent across the MENAP region.

Sarkhail Shahid Bawany, Head of Product at ABHI, expressed immense honor and humility at being included in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list. He sees this achievement not only as a personal milestone but also as a testament to Pakistan’s remarkable talent and potential.

Bawany views it as a source of pride to represent his country on such a prestigious platform and is thankful for the support from his community and colleagues at ABHI. This recognition fuels his motivation to strive for excellence and contribute meaningfully to Pakistan’s growth and innovation on a global scale.

Forbes’ Asia assessed over 4,000 candidates for the list, considering factors such as funding, revenue, social impact, scale, inventiveness, and potential. The list also highlights top performers in various sectors, including companies providing IT solutions for healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and other industries.
