Alongside the announcement, the director also released a Mandarin-dubbed poster and trailer, further increasing excitement among fans.

According to Bilal Lashari, the achievement reflects the growing global recognition of Pakistani cinema. He said that The Legend of Maula Jatt earned more than $13 million worldwide and also created history in Pakistan by crossing Rs1 billion at the local box office.
