Pakistan delivered an impressive performance at the Asian Junior Squash Championship, securing two gold medals in the Under-17 and Under-15 categories. Strong displays by young players highlighted the country’s growing talent in the sport, as Pakistan continued its successful run on the international squash stage.
At the Asian Junior Squash Championship, Pakistan’s Noman Khan secured the Under-17 title, while Ahmed Rayan Khalil clinched the Under-15 crown.
In the Under-17 final, Noman Khan defeated India’s Shevon Agarwal 3–1. After losing the opening game, the Pakistani player staged a strong comeback to win three consecutive games and secure the title, with set scores of 10–12, 11–7, 11–2, and 11–5.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Rayan Khalil dominated his Under-15 final against Malaysia’s Vidhuran, winning 3–0 with scores of 11–7, 11–3, and 11–4.
In the girls’ Under-15 final, Mahnoor Ali fell short against a Chinese opponent, earning the silver medal after finishing as runner-up in the championship.
