The Punjab Health and Population Department has launched a new internship programme for students and graduates aspiring to build a career in the healthcare sector.
This initiative has been introduced under the Directorate of Drugs Control Punjab, with the aim of strengthening the healthcare system by providing practical training to young people in pharmacy and related fields.
According to details available online, students, graduates, and postgraduates of pharmacy from public universities in Punjab are eligible to apply for the programme.
Eligible candidates also include final-year students awaiting their results, as well as individuals who have completed a degree, Master’s, or MPhil in pharmacy within the past two years.
Officials have confirmed that the entire application process will be conducted online. Applicants are required to register, complete their profile, and upload the necessary documents on the official portal.
The deadline for submitting applications has been set for 12 May 2026 at midnight, and only online applications will be accepted.
